Step into a deeply nourishing space where science meets soul. In this signature Cyclical Beings experience, Dr. Lisa guides you through the powerful connection between your hormones, nervous system, and innate feminine rhythms.

Together, we explore how stress, cortisol, and shifting hormones—especially through perimenopause and menopause—impact your body, mood, energy, and intuition. Through a blend of evidence-based insight, grounded teaching, and reflective practices, you’ll begin to understand your body not as something working against you, but as something speaking to you.

We will be staying at a beautiful airb&b a rare forest retreat tucked deep among towering coast redwoods in Gualala, California. Set over 30 private walkable acres filled with handcrafted stone art., winding woodland trails and hidden ocean views. this is far more than a place to stay..It is a place to experience. This is the space where you will come back to the body with a inner peace and connection that will carry you home with a new view and understanding to the sacred femme that is you.

This includes your stay, all retreat eperiences and workshops, and meals.
